LISTING OF DB X-TRACKERS MSCI WORLD INDEX ETF SECURITIES
Further to the announcements published on 14 and 29 February 2008 regarding the
initial public offering for db x-trackers MSCI World Index ETF securities ("dbx
World securities"), Java Capital is authorised to announce the listing on the
main board of the JSE Limited of dbx World securities in the "Exchange Traded
Funds" sector, with effect from commencement of business on Tuesday,
1 April 2008.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
6,000,000 dbx World securities will be issued to successful applicants (to whom
LAs were issued on 25 March 2008) at commencement of trade on 1 April 2008 at a
price per security of approximately R11.85 and at a conversion ratio of 0.08437
securities for every 1 LA issued in respect of subscriptions in South African
Rand and at a conversion ratio of 0.68428 securities for every 1 LA issued in
respect of subscriptions in US Dollars.
NOTICE
dbx Managers has been granted permission to use the name "MSCI World Index" by
the owner of the Index, MSCI Incorporated.
dbx World securities are not in any way sponsored, endorsed, sold or promoted by
MSCI Incorporated ("MSCI"), any of its affiliates, any of its information
providers or any third party involved in, or related to, compiling, computing or
creating any MSCI index.
Investors are referred to the relevant supplement (issued on 13 February 2008)
to the offering circular and pre-listing statement issued in connection with
this offer for dbx World securities for further details on the terms of use of
the MSCI World Index and the limitation of liability on the part of MSCI
Incorporated.
