OF JSE LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS PARAGRAPH 3.67
In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3.67 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, the following is advised:
Allied Technologies Limited ("Altech") announces, with effect from 1 April 2008
the appointment of Mr ZJ Sithole, partner of Sithole Inc, as an independent non-
executive director of Altech and the chairman of the company`s audit committee.
The composition of the Altech board following the appointment is as follows:
