ANNOUNCEMENT
Unitholders of Vukile are referred to the announcement dated 27 March 2008
regarding the retention scheme in terms of which R 13.45 million has been paid
to Sanlam Capital Markets (Pty) Limited ("Sanlam Capital Markets") who will
utilize said amount to acquire Vukile linked units.
Unitholders are advised that on 31 March 2008, Sanlam Capital Markets acquired a
final tranche of 246 332 Vukile linked units at R 10.2159 per linked unit.
