Approval by Competition commission
The Board of Directors are pleased to confirm that approval from the Competition
Commission has now been obtained for the acquisition of a 51% equity interest in
Dash Brick and Building Supply Strubensvalley (Pty) Ltd ("DASH") as detailed in
the Progress Report released on SENS on 25 February 2008. There are no further
suspensive conditions to be fulfilled.
As such African Brick Centre will consolidate the results of DASH with effect
from 1 April 2008. DASH is a well established retail operation on the West Rand
(Gauteng) and will enhance African Brick Centre`s retail operations
