CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The board of Medi-Clinic is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Desmond
Smith as an independent non-executive director of the company with effect from
31 March 2008.
Mr Smith is the chairman of the RGA Reinsurance Company of South Africa Limited
as well as Santam Limited and also holds various other directorships.
