PLACEMENT OF SHARES WITH BEE GROUP AND DIRECTOR`S DEALING
A director of Best Cut has placed 16 250 000 shares at 80 cents per share with a
Black Economic Empowerment ("BEE") investment group. This is in line with the
company`s objective to expand its BEE shareholder base. Up to R 8 million of the
amount will be made available to Best Cut Limited as a shareholders loan.
