In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements
notification is hereby given of the appointment of the following executive
directors to the board with effect from 1 April 2008:
1. William Ross Teichmann
2. Craig Parry
Ross Teichmann has been with the BSI group for 16 years and was a founder member
of Garrison Steel.
Craig Parry has been with the BSI group for 15 years and was a founding member
of Discount Steel Trading.
They have contributed substantially to the growth of the company, and have a
wealth of experience in the steel industry.
