DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MTN SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MTN GROUP LIMITED and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to MTN GROUP LIMITED (MTN)
the Trustees of the MTN Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 136
cents per MTNNIE share instalment that is payable on Monday, 14 April 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 4 April 2008. The share instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 7 April 2008 and the record date
will be Friday, 11 April 2008.
