DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SLM SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SANLAM
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
SANLAM LIMITED (SLM) the Trustees of the SLM Share Instalment have
declared a dividend amount of 93 cents per SLMNIE share instalment
that is payable on Wednesday, 7 May 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 18 April 2008. The
share instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 21
April 2008 and the record date will be Friday, 25 April 2008.
