CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements in respect
of changes to the Board of Directors, Metmar shareholders are advised that
Luigi Matteucci has been appointed as an independent non-executive director
of the Company with effect from 2 April 2008. In addition, Colin Brayshaw,
who has been an independent non-executive director of the Company since 8
May 2006, has been appointed Chairman of the Company with effect from 2
April 2008 following the untimely death of the Company`s founding Chairman,
Leslie Boyd, on 28 March 2008.
