CHANGE OF NAME REGISTERED
Shareholders are referred to the announcement on SENS dated 27 February 2008 in
terms of which it was announced that Kagisano propose to change its` name from
Kagisano to Credit U Holdings Limited.
Shareholders are advised that the special resolution to change their name to
Credit U has been registered with the Registrar on 28 March 2008 and therefore
the name change is now unconditional in all respects.
The timetable remains unchanged as follows:
