SUCCESSFUL CONCLUSION OF THE ACQUISITION OF THE ZULULAND QUARRIES GROUP
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 18 February 2008 in which it
was announced that subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions, Brikor had
purchased the Zululand Quarries Group.
Shareholders are advised that all conditions precedent on the Zululand Quarries
Group have been fulfilled and the acquisition has become unconditional.
