DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MND SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MONDI LIMITED and that
as a result of the dividend declaration relating to MONDI LIMITED ( MND) the
Trustees of the Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 15.7 Euro
cents which is equivalent to 177.37939 cents per MNDNIB share instalment that is
payable on Wednesday, 21 May 2008. The payment per shareholder will be rounded
to 2 decimal places.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 18 April 2008. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 21 April 2008 and the
record date is Friday, 25 April 2008.
