Super Group bond issuance
Shareholders are advised that Super Group has successfully issued R400 million
of bonds. The bonds comprise three-year floating rate notes and four-year fixed
rate notes. The bonds were arranged by Rand Merchant Bank together with China
Construction Bank.
The bonds were issued under the new R3 billion Domestic Medium Term Notes
Programme.
