OF JSE LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS PARAGRAPH 3.67
In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3.67 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, the following is advised:
Allied Technologies Limited ("Altech") announces, with effect from 4 April 2008
the appointment of Mr M Sindane, director at Gobodo Inc, as an independent non-
executive director of Altech, the chairman of the company`s business risk
committee member of the audit committee.
