Following the unbundling of Total Client Services (South Africa, constituent)
from Labat Africa (South Africa, constituent) and Total Client Services applying
for listing on the FTSE/JSE Alternative Exchange (AltX) and following the
notification from the Stock Exchange, FTSE and the JSE announces the following
changes:
INDEX CHANGE EFFECTIVE FROM

FTSE/JSE Africa Venture Total Client Services will 9 April 2008
Capital (J231) be deleted from the index.
FTSE/JSE Africa AltX Total Client Services 9 April 2008
(J232) (South Africa,
ZAE000116208, B2QQP00) will
be added to the index with
a shares in issue total of
197,154,482 and an
investability weighting of
75%.
