DISTRIBUTION OF ANNUAL REPORTS, NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL
MEETINGS
The annual financial statements in respect of the year ended 31 December 2007
for Trencor and Mobile will be distributed on 14 April 2008 and there are no
material changes from the reviewed results published on 22 February 2008.
The annual general meetings will be held on Monday, 19 May 2008, at 1313 Main
Tower, Standard Bank Centre, Heerengracht, Cape Town, commencing at 15:00 to
transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting notices forming
part of the annual financial statements.
