CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Country
Foods advises the following changes to its Board:
Appointment:
With effect from 10 April 2008, Mr Terence Heslop has been appointed as the
company`s Executive Financial Director. Mr Heslop is a Chartered Accountant
and holds a MBA from Manchester University. He has extensive knowledge and
experience in business and finance and more specifically in agriculture
and agri-industry development.
Resignations:
Mr Ray Liversage resigned as the company`s Executive Financial Director with
effect from 9 April 2008.
Mr Jannie Fourie resigned as a non-executive director of the company with effect
from 9 April 2008.
