RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the announcement dated 29 February 2008, shareholders are advised
that negotiations are still in progress, which if successfully concluded, may
have a material effect on the price of Anbeeco`s securities. Shareholders are
further advised to continue exercising caution when trading in Anbeeco shares
until a further announcement is made, setting out the financial effects of the
acquisition detailed in the 12 December 2006 announcement.
Anbeeco has obtained a positive recommendation from the AltX Advisory Committee
to proceed with the reverse take-over listing pursuant to the acquisition of A
Million Up Investments 105 (Proprietary) Limited and the company is working
towards finalisation and approval of the relevant circulars to shareholders.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution in their
dealings in Anbeeco shares pending a further announcement.
