NOTICE OF DIVIDEND 2
With reference to the trading statement dated 28 March 2008 and the stated
company policy of declaring an annual dividend of up to 30% of HEPS.
Notice is hereby given that a final cash dividend of 1,50 cents per share
("the dividend") has been declared, payable to shareholders recorded in the
books of the company at close of business on Friday, 16 May 2008.
The dates relating to the dividend which the directors have declared are as
follows:

Last day to trade Friday, 9 May
Securities start trading ex dividend Monday, 12 May
Record date to determine who receives the
dividend Friday, 16 May
Pay date: Electronic transfer of funds or cheques
posted in respect of certificated shareholders.
Dematerialised shareholders will have their accounts
at their CSDP or broker credited on Monday, 19 May
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised during the
period Monday, 12 May 2008 to Friday, 16 May 2008, both days inclusive.
