RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
APPROVAL OF NAME CHANGE
Exchange Sponsors is authorised to announce the results of the general meeting
of shareholders of Safic Holdings held today in terms of the notice of the
general meeting contained in the Safic Holdings circular to shareholders
regarding the change of name of the company to Accentuate Limited distributed to
shareholders on 20 March 2008.
All of the resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of Safic Holdings
shareholders present and represented by proxy. The special resolution to change
the name will be submitted for registration with the Registrar of Companies
today.

Last day to trade Friday, 9 May 2008
Change of name effective from
commencement of trading under the JSE

List and trade new shares in the new name
from commencement of trading on Monday, 12 May 2008
Record date Friday , 16 May 2008
Issue to certificated shareholders of new
share certificates, posting of share
certificates to those shareholders who
have submitted their share certificates
and surrender forms on or before 12:00 on
the record date. Share certificates and
surrender forms received after 12:00 on
the record date will have their new
certificates posted within 5 days of
receipt of surrender .The accounts of
dematerialised shareholders at CSDP`s and
brokers will be updated on Monday , 19 May 2008
Note:
The above dates and times are subject to amendment. Details of such amendment
will be released on SENS. Shareholders will not be able to dematerialise or
rematerialise securities in the name of Safic Holdings after Friday, 9 May 2008.
