Renewal of cautionary announcement
Further to the renewal of cautionary announcement dated 4 March 2008, linked
unitholders are advised that the financial effects of the proposed acquisition
of 35.8 million units in Sycom to Acucap and the proposed acquisition of 50% of
Parkdev (Proprietary) Limited shares in Sycom Property Fund Managers Limited,
jointly referred to as "the acquisitions", cannot be presented yet as the
funding structure for the acquisitions is still in the process of being
finalised.
Accordingly, Acucap linked unitholders are advised to continue exercising
caution when dealing in Acucap securities until a further announcement is made.
