REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the 91st annual general meeting of the shareholders of Delta held today,
16 April 2008, the requisite majority of shareholders approved all the
ordinary resolutions and the special resolution proposed at the meeting.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with CIPRO in due
course.
