("PropTrax") registered as such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes
Control Act, 45 of 2002 (the "portfolio"), managed by Property Index Tracker
Managers (Proprietary) Limited ("PropTrax Managers")
DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
The manager and trustees of the Property Index Tracker Collective Investment
Scheme (being PropTrax Managers and ABSA Bank Limited respectively) have
resolved to make a distribution to holders of PropTrax SAPY securities recorded
in the register in respect of the quarter ended 31 March 2008.
This distribution will:
- be in an amount of 63.68 cents per PropTrax SAPY security, constituted as
follows:
- 36.49 cents in respect of dividends;
- 3.50 cents in respect of interest; and
- 23.69 cents in respect of other income, including manufactured
dividends;
- be made to all holders of PropTrax SAPY Securities recorded in the
register at 28 March 2008; and
- be effected on Monday, 21 April 2008.
