Changes to the board of directors
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
Aflease Gold shareholders are advised that Jean Nortier, executive director and
chief financial officer, has resigned as a director of Aflease Gold with effect
from 15 April 2008 so that he can focus on his responsibilities at Uranium One
Inc. The board wishes to thank Jean for his significant contribution to the
Company during his term of office.
