Shareholders are referred to the announcements on SENS dated 27 February 2008
and 3 April 2008 in terms of which it was announced that Kagisano propose to
change its` name from Kagisano to Credit U Holdings Limited.
In terms of the timetable, the last day to trade is today and therefore
shareholders are advised that they will not be able to dematerialise or
rematerialise their securities in the name of Kagisano after today. The change
of name with the new JSE code CUH and ISIN ZAE000115085 will be effective on the
JSE Limited from commencement of trading on Monday, 21 April 2008.
