CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Pursuant to the board restructure announcement as published on 5 November 2007,
shareholders are advised that the following director resignations were inferred
as follows:

BA Smith 03 December 2007
The CIPRO records were updated on 27 November 2007, 29 November 2007 and 03
December 2007.
In addition, the following director`s resignation was inadvertently not
announced on SENS, but details were included in the annual financial statements
for the year ended 31 December 2006.

The CIPRO records were updated on 27 March 2007.
The board now comprises Messrs DJA White (chairman and executive director) and
JE van der Burgh (non-executive director). The company secretary has resigned
with effect from 31 March 2008. New board and company secretary appointments
