IMPORTANT DATES AND TIMES
INTRODUCTION
Pangbourne unitholders are referred to the previous announcements in relation to
Pangbourne`s firm intention to make offers to acquire 100% of the linked units
in Siyathenga and iFour (the "acquisitions") not already held by Pangbourne in
terms of schemes of arrangement in terms of section 311 of the Companies Act,
Act No. 61 of 1973, details of which are set out in the iFour and Siyathenga
circulars issued on Thursday, 17 March 2008.
A circular relating to amongst others the acquisitions was issued on Thursday,
17 April 2008. The important dates and times for purposes of considering the
matters set out in the circular are as follows:

at 08:00 on Monday, 12 May
The general meeting of Pangbourne debenture
holders at 08:30 on Monday, 12 May
Results of the general meetings held
on Monday, 12 May 2008 released on SENS on Monday, 12 May
Results of the general meetings held on
Monday, 12 May 2008 published in the press on Tuesday, 13 May
Notes:
1. If the general meeting of Pangbourne shareholders referred to above is not
concluded or adjourned by 08:30, then the general meeting of Pangbourne
debenture holders will commence as soon as the general meeting of Pangbourne
shareholders is concluded or adjourned.
2. All times given are local times in South Africa. The above dates and times
are subject to change. Any changes will be released on SENS and published in the
press.
