DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE OML SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for OLD MUTUAL PLC and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to OLD MUTUAL PLC (OML)
the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of
70.28 cents per OMLNID share instalment that is payable on Friday, 30 May
2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Wednesday, 30 April 2008. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 5 May 2008 and the
record date will be Friday, 9 May 2008.
