TRANSFER OF SHARES TO M REICHENBERG
As stated in the prospectus dated 29 February 2008, and as per an agreement
concluded 4 April 2008, 2 127 660 shares in the issued share capital of TCS have
been transferred to M Reichenberg, with effect from 21 April 2008, from an
existing shareholder who, is neither a director nor an associate of a director
of TCS.
The agreement was concluded prior to the listing of TCS. No monies are payable
by M Reichenberg for the shares and no clause exists which would allow M
Reichenberg to have the shares transferred at a later stage. The JSE have been
informed of the transfer.
