Further to the announcement released on SENS and in the press on 6 March 2007,
shareholders are advised that the disposal by Dorbyl of a 50% interest in its
wholly-owned subsidiary, Guestro Wheels (Pty) Limited, to Magnetto Wheels S.p.A
has now become unconditional as all conditions precedent relating thereto have
been fulfilled.
