CLARATION OF MAIDEN DIVIDEND
The Directors of Finbond are pleased to announce the declaration of a maiden
ordinary dividend of 8,00 cents per share in respect of the year ended 29
February 2008. The salient dates for the payment of the dividend are as follows:
Last day to trade cum dividend: Friday, 9 May 2008
Trading ex dividend commences: Monday, 12 May 2008
Record date: Friday, 16 May 2008
Payment date: Monday, 19 May 2008
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday,
12 May 2008 and Friday, 16 May 2008, both days inclusive.
The directors of Finbond estimate that the Company will, for the year ended 29
February 2008, achieve a net consolidated profit before taxation of R87,2
million. The audited results of Finbond for the year ended 29 February 2008
will be published on or about Tuesday, 6 May 2008.
