DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE LBT SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for LIBERTY INTERNATIONAL
PLC and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to LIBERTY
INTERNATIONAL PLC ( LBT ) the Trustees of the Share Instalment have declared a
dividend amount of 269.4736 cents per SLBTNIB share instalment that is payable
on Wednesday, 28 May 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Wednesday, 30 April 2008. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 5 May 2008 and the
record date is Friday, 9 May 2008.
