DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON LIBERTY INTERNATIONAL PLC ENHANCED
DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("LBTIDC")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Liberty
International PLC have declared a dividend of 17.6p per ordinary share, an
equivalent in ZAR of 269.4736 cents per share payable on Wednesday, 28 May 2008
to ordinary shareholders and recorded in the books of the company at the close
of business on Friday, 9 May 2008.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, LBTIDC,
will receive a Liberty International plc final dividend of 269.4736 cents per
security payable on Wednesday, 28 May 2008 in terms of the Cession clause
incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited.
The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the
dividend will be Wednesday, 30 April 2008.
LBTIDC Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 5 May 2008, and the record date will be
Friday, 9 May 2008.
