Avusa advises that Ms Yolanda Cuba and Messrs Mikki Xayiya and Mark Willcox have
been appointed non-executive directors of Avusa effective 21 April 2008. Mr
Zolani Mtshotshisa has been appointed alternate director to Ms Cuba and Mr
Shakes Matiwaza has been appointed alternate director to Messrs Xayiya and
Willcox effective on the same date.
