CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF ANSYS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa, notification is hereby given that Johan G
Kotze has been appointed as Marketing Director to the Ansys board of directors
with effect from 1 May 2008. With marketing experience gained at the CSIR and
Saab Avitronics, Johan will not only expand the company`s marketing
capabilities, but add to the Ansys stable of qualified engineers.
The board of Ansys would like to welcome Johan to the board and are looking
forward to a long and valued working relationship.
