WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to previous cautionary announcements issued on 6 and
13 November 2007 and 16 January 2008 in respect of the acquisition of a
controlling interest in Naturelink Aviation (Pty) Limited.
Shareholders are advised that negotiations have been terminated as a result of
failing to reach agreement with the Naturelink minority shareholders and that
caution is no longer required when dealing in the securities of 1time.
