APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Kwikspace is pleased to announce the appointment of William Somerville as
Company Secretary effective from 22 April 2008. Alan Russell will therefore
act solely as the financial director.
Mr Somerville was formerly Group Company Secretary of Absa, a position he held
for 12 years until October 2007. He has extensive experience in company
secretarial and corporate governance matters.
