CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that Ansys has entered into a Heads of Agreement with
Airport interface Technologies (Pty) Limited in respect of the acquisition of
100% of the issued shares in and claims on loan account against Airport
interface Technologies (Pty) Limited ("AiT").
AiT specialises in the supply, installation, commissioning, flight calibration
and long term support of products within the Communications, Navigation,
Surveillance and Air Traffic Management ("CNS/ATM") sector. The company
functions as a value added reseller and system integrator within Sub-Saharan
Africa, working with international manufacturers who supply CNS/ATM products.
Ansys specialises in the design and integration of monitoring and control
systems for the transport and defence sectors. This transaction will expand
these capabilities of Ansys into the aviation sector.
Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company`s
securities until a detailed agreement has been entered into and a full
announcement has been made.
