This exercise of options relates to the facilitation of a strategic investment
by SpyGlass Hedge Funds ("Spyglass"), as detailed in the company announcement
released on SENS on 20 February 2007. Shareholders are referred to the SENS
announcement dated 20 February 2008 wherein it was disclosed that Messrs
Thompson and Cook, prior to their appointment as directors of the company agreed
to give certain call options to SpyGlass in order to facilitate the strategic
investment in Miranda in 2007. Messrs Thompson and Cook have again been called
on by Spyglass to deliver a further 450,000 shares jointly at a strike price of
80 cents per share. Although Messrs Thompson and Cook have been called on, they
still remain substantial shareholders in the company.
In compliance with section 3.66 of the Listings Requirements, clearance for this
transaction has been approved.
