DiamondCorp plc has received an application to exercise 49,998 warrants to
subscribe for new Ordinary Shares (the "New Shares") at an exercise price of 30
pence per share (equivalent to R4.48 per share).
The New Shares will be issued and allotted and they will rank pari passu with
the existing Ordinary Shares of 3p each in the Company. Application has been
made for the New Shares to be admitted to AIM and the JSE and trading is
expected to commence on 6 May 2008.
The total number of voting Ordinary Shares in issue following this exercise of
warrants will be 34,837,072.
Diamondcorp shares trade on AIM under the ticker DCP and the JSE under the
ticker DMC.
