CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF SILVERBRIDGE
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
notification is hereby given that:
Ms Nthabiseng Mokone has been appointed as a non-executive director with effect
from 23 April 2008. Ms Mokone holds a BCom Honours degree with CTA from the
University of KwaZulu Natal. She is currently the head of Amabubesi Private
Equity Fund and has a wealth of experience from various companies including
Transnet, Pioneer Foods, Sasko Milling and ABC South Africa. She is also a
director of various companies including Alliance Group and Digicore Fleet
Management. The board welcomes Ms Mokone and believes that she will be a
valuable addition to the board.
Mr Rowan Williams has resigned from the board as a non-executive director but
will remain on the board as an alternate director to Mr David Smollan with
effect from 23 April 2008.
