POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements of Oando for the
year ended 31 December 2007 were dispatched to shareholders today and contain no
modifications to the announced 2007 year end audited results which were
published on Monday, 14 April 2008. The Annual Report will be available online
at www.oanodoplc.com from Tuesday, 6 May 2008. The Company`s auditors,
PricewaterhouseCoopers, have audited the annual financial statements. Their
unqualified report is available for inspection at the Company`s registered
office.
A notice of the annual general meeting is attached to the annual report. The
annual general meeting will be held at The Nigerian Law School Auditorium,
Adeola Hopewell Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, Lagos State, Nigeria on Tuesday,
27 May 2008 at 10.00am.
