ACCEPTANCE OF SHARE OPTIONS BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.63 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited ("Listings Requirements), the following information is provided on
behalf of JD Group directors and directors of its major subsidiary, JDG Trading
(Pty) Ltd.
On all the disclosures provided:
clearance was obtained from Mr David Sussman as required in terms of paragraph
3.66 of the Listings Requirements before the share options were granted to all
directors and the company secretary;
the class of all shares is ordinary;
the share options were granted on 26 February 2008; and
the strike price was R37,21 (90% of R41,35 which is the closing price as at
25 February 2008).
