CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
We refer you to the announcement on 4 February 2008 in which ISA announced the
resignation of Ryan Price effective end of April 2008.
In accordance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited`s Listing Requirements, the
Board of ISA Holdings Limited hereby announces that Mr. Ryan Sean Price will
remain as an executive director of ISA, with his position being the Financial
Director of ISA, until a suitable replacement is announced.
