ADCORP STAFFING SOLUTIONS (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED, A SUBSIDIARY OF ADCORP
Further to the announcement dated 21 April 2008, 3 234 571 Adcorp shares have
been placed with selected institutions via a vendor placement at R30.85 in terms
of paragraph 4.4.2. and note 4.2 of the announcement.
Application will be made to the JSE Limited to list the shares as soon as the
acquisition has been approved by the Competition Commission. All other
suspensive conditions have been fulfilled.
