CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3.59 (b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, notification is hereby given that the Board of
Directors of the company have accepted the resignation of Kenneth Neil MacKinnon
as executive director with immediate effect.
The board of Plac?col would like to thank Kenny for the contribution he has made
