Unbundling and Separate Listing of Adcock Ingram - Renewal of Cautionary
Announcement
Shareholders are referred to various cautionary announcements with the most
recent one being published on 18 March 2008, in which Tiger Brands provided
shareholders with an update regarding the status of the unbundling and separate
listing of Adcock Ingram on the JSE Limited ("JSE").
Tiger Brands remains committed to the strategic imperatives of the unbundling
and is proceeding with the required unbundling formalities and expects to
complete the listing of Adcock Ingram on the JSE before the end of the current
financial year.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution in their
dealings in the securities of the Company until such time as a further
announcement is made.
