CHANGES TO FUNCTIONS OR EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
Clientele Life shareholders are informed that, in anticipation of the delisting
of Clientele Life on 19 May 2008 and the subsequent listing of Clientele Limited
on the same date, Mr Gavin John Soll has been appointed as Managing Director of
Clientele Limited with immediate effect.
As a result thereof Mr Basil William Reekie will assume the role of Managing
Director of Clientele Life Assurance Company with immediate effect.
