DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE PPC SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for
PRETORIA PORTLAND CEMENT CO LTD and that as a result of the dividend
declaration relating to PRETORIA PORTLAND CEMENT CO LTD (PPC) the
Trustees of the Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 45
cents per PPCNID share instalment that is payable on Monday, 2 June
2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 23 May 2008. The
share instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 26 May
2008 and the record date is Friday, 30 May 2008.
